A conglomerate of smaller companies makes up Mehlich Associates, including: Poughkeepsie Shopping Center, Inc., Woodruff Plaza Associates, Mehlich Investments LP, and Tuckahoe Developers.
The Northeast region of the United States is our region of specialty, with properties in New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. Currently, we own and manage 11 retail properties in this region ranging from an enclosed mall in Poughkeepsie, New York to a free standing Burger King in Cortlandt, New York. The majority of these centers range from 30,000 to 40,000 square feet.
