At Mehlich Associates, we pride ourselves in the fact that we individually manage all of our properties. It is not uncommon to see us at our properties every week. We feel that the personalized, hands on management of our properties provide a more productive climate for business.
Our frequent visitations to our various properties allow us to see that our management is occurring in an effective fashion. We ensure that proper maintenance occurs to prevent future problems from occurring, as well as keeping a neat and tidy retail area. All of our properties are within a three and half hour drive from our main office, allowing us to respond quickly if a problem is to arise.
